Consulting sessions on ommgig.com are sold by OPTIMARK MEDIA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16903966). For a purchase on this website, “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to OPTIMARK MEDIA LTD.

We primarily provide one-to-one technical consulting services delivered via live video calls. Any complementary materials are bonuses provided to consulting clients. We do not sell standalone digital products.

By accessing and using Optimark Media, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. The materials on this website are provided on an “as is” basis. The company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee specific financial results, earnings or return on investment. Business outcomes vary based on individual execution, market conditions and other factors.

Consulting services may be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. See the refund policy below for details and applicable legal rights.

This policy covers live consulting sessions sold by OPTIMARK MEDIA LTD. Any learning materials are complementary resources and are not sold separately.

Cancellation and attendance

• At least 24 hours’ notice: Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund for late cancellations or failure to attend the scheduled session.
• Rescheduling: Contact us at least 24 hours before the session. We will work with you to find a new time, with no rescheduling fee when proper notice is given.

Session issues

If technical issues on our end prevent completion of a session, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost. Report session-quality issues within 24 hours. We may offer a replacement session, or a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Under the existing consulting policy, refunds are not normally issued for customer-side technical issues, a change of mind after completion, dissatisfaction after completion, a terms violation or bookings made more than 30 days ago. Quality concerns are considered case by case as described above.

Requesting and receiving a refund

Email [email protected] with “Refund Request” and your order reference. Include the purchase date, service, reason and any relevant supporting information. We respond to refund requests within 2–3 business days.

Approved refunds use the original payment method. Processing takes 5–10 business days, and you will receive confirmation when processed. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider. Gift refunds go to the original purchaser; discounted services are refunded at the amount actually paid.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional consumer protection rights.

Website access may generate technical records such as IP address, browser type, access time, pages viewed and referring website. This public page contains no account registration, booking form or online payment collection.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers for communications and accounting, or disclosed when required by law or valid requests from public authorities. We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Tax records are retained for 7 years.

Your information may be transferred to servers outside your state, province or country, where data-protection laws may differ.

Your rights
